Thank you for organising this most useful course. It was well structured, informative and interactive. The role play was extremely useful and also the test at the end. I would definitely encourage other parents and older students to take this course.

Teacher- Learning Support- Special Needs

I am an adaptable and a versatile special educator and have had the opportunity to teach a diverse group of children, including those with ADD/ ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s syndrome, speech and communication issues, and learning disabilities. These experiences have helped me develop in my career as a Special Educator have been instrumental in developing patience and sensitivity towards a child's psychology, leading to an unbiased pure outlook towards life as a child would see it, in the process sensitising me towards their special needs. I am a fun-loving person love spending time with children and they with me. I never hesitate to bring out the child in me, which is one of the reasons I interact well with children.

Ph.D (Specialisation in Clinical Psychology), Certified Play Therapist, UNT, USA

Primary - School Counsellor and Child Protection Officer

I have received a doctoral degree with specialisation in Clinical Psychology and have devoted a great deal of learning to help children overcome difficult situations. During my association with The British School in the last five years as a part time primary school counsellor and the child protection officer, I have had the privilege to enter the emotional world of children using their natural medium of expression, ‘Play’. My orientation to working with children integrates research based theoretical approaches, particularly person-centred therapy formulated by Carl Rogers. Having been trained in child-centred play therapy and child & adolescent appraisal from the University of North Texas, USA, my interests are particularly in the area of Play Therapy and Psychological Testing. I find it motivating to help people find their purpose in life and learn so much about life every day.
