The After School Activities Programme at The British School forms a part of an enrichment programme to give students the opportunity to participate in activities that extend their learning. This programme is aimed at imparting new skills, enhancing existing talent and affording students the opportunity to work with specialists outside of the mainstream curriculum.
Schedule. The After school Activities are open to Year Groups 7 to 10. Activity sessions are scheduled after School from 3.30 PM to 4.30 PM, on Mondays and Wednesdays during the current academic year. Each activity will be conducted only if there is a minimum ‘take-up’ of five students, with a maximum activity group of 20 students. Highlights of the Programme are as under:-
• Term - 4 : 19th March 2012 to 23th May 2012.
• Timings : 3.30 PM to 4.30 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• We have 20 seats in each activity, admissions will be on ‘First come - First Serve’ basis.
• It is a voluntary (not compulsory) programme.
• Fees per activity per student for one term is Rs 2000/-
• All school behavior rules /policy must be followed during the activity.
Important information for Term - 4 2012 (19th March 2012 to 23rd May 2012):
• Students who wish to join the activities in Term 4 should give to their names to Ms Bhagi or register themselves online. The online registration begins on 22nd of Feb 2012 to 28 th of Feb 2012. There will be no refund, and no changes are permitted during the Term.
• The fee for Term 4 will be billed directly in the tuition fee bill for the next term beginning 14th March 2012.
