Buses will depart at 3.30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and at 2.30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

IB students on Fridays and all students taking afternoon activities will have to make their own transport arrangements in the afternoon.

If students arrive to school early, they should ensure that the front office is aware by signing a register at the Reception desk and then go to their form room.

If students are staying back beyond school hours for an activity or waiting to be picked up, they MUST sign a the stay back register in the assigned room. It is important to record all those in the building at any point of time for health and safety reasons.

Early dispersal from school is not encouraged. However if a student has to leave early , parents need to send in a written note which the tutor will sign and a gate slip will be issued by the relevant Key Stage Office.
