As we mark this milestone, we look back with pride at the journeys and achievements of our students, teachers and alumni. Meet some of our high achieving alumni whose journeys have been inspired by the IB Diploma Programme, and who continue to exhibit IB Learner Profile attributes.
Anum Mulla leads global youth engagement through empathy-based education. A certified compassion training facilitator, she has delivered programmes across South Asia and Africa, and with partners like UNESCO MGIEP. With roots in India, Pakistan, the Middle East and Canada, Anum is a passionate advocate for social justice and intercultural understanding.
Jakub Lompart is an LLM graduate in Public International Law from the University of Warsaw, with additional studies in economic diplomacy. Former Senior Counsellor at the Chancellery of the President of Poland, he now serves as Vice-Consul at the Polish Embassy in Bucharest. Jakub was awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for his thesis on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
Ayesha Singh is an interdisciplinary artist who works across mediums such as kinetic sculptures, sculptural line-drawings, graphite drawings, public installations and more. She co-founded Art Chain India, driven by the potential for localised assistances and commonalities to create global solidarities within artist communities.
Jehan Handa is a screenwriter and filmmaker in the Hindi film industry. After gaining experience as an associate and creative director on several Bollywood films, Jehan transitioned to writing for movies. Today, he has multiple shows and films to his credit. Jehan is committed to sharing stories that resonate across mediums.
Parmeshwar Bawa is a Senior Output Editor and Correspondent at NDTV, where she has spent the past decade leading live coverage of major global events. She has also anchored and contributed in-depth research to many of the channel’s flagship shows. Parmeshwar studied Sociology at the University of Nottingham and went on to complete her Master’s at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
